1. Set up a date with client to schedule the work.

2. Take everything of the walls, remove hooks, nails, and whatever is requested.
|
|
3. Move the furniture to the center of the room.
|
|
4. Cover everything with plastic.
|
|
5. Remove outlet, switchplate covers, blinds, etc.
|
|
6. Put drop clothes all over the floor to protect it.
|
|
7. Clean the walls.
|
|
8. Scuff sand the walls.
|
|
9. Caulk where is needed.
|
|
10. Patch any holes or cracks.
|
|
11. Seal stains, if needed.
|
|
12. Repaired areas are primed.
|
|
13. Cut in walls and ceilings.
|
|
14. Then proceed with rolling.
|
|
15. Apply second coat if needed.
|
|
16. Cut in the trim, molding, doors, frames, etc.
|
|
17. Clean-up
|
|
18. Put furniture back.
|
|
19. Replace outlet covers, switchplate covers, blinds, etc.
|
|
20. Touch-up paint is labeled and left with customer.
